Professional Service Fee		Fees range from 25% to 33% of first year compensation, (defined as base compensation plus incentive compensation), and take into account the type of position for which the search is being conducted, and the scope of the search, i.e. local, regional or national. The Cronquist Group will also consider conducting the search on a project fee basis vs. a percentage basis.
		One-third of the fee is billed after the position profile is approved, the second one-third is billed following the presentation of candidates, and the final one-third is billed when an offer has been made and accepted. If the engagement is canceled, we will bill only for a pro-rata portion of the fee after discussing circumstances with you. We will also invoice for expenses related to recruiting.
Guarantee		All placements are guaranteed for one year. In the event the person placed in the position leaves or is terminated in less than one year, we will reconstitute the search and bill for expenses only.
